IBM Learning Services delivers classroom training through a regional network of Authorized Training Providers. Firms participating in the Authorized Training Provider program are selected from organizations with a wide range of industry, technical product, and data processing expertise. Firms include IBM Hardware and Software Business Partners, Independent Training Companies, Technology and Industry Consultants.

As an Authorized Training Provider, Genovate is backed by the resources of IBM. Courses are developed, owned and sponsored by IBM. Instructors are certified to teach the selected courses through a rigorous certification program administred by IBM.
