Genovate acquired SAP LS which is a joint
venture company between SAP Asia-Pacific and RWD Technologies.
Through this acquisition, Genovate will provide end user
consulting, human performance improvement and a spectrum
of learning solutions (including eLearning environments)
to enhance SAP’s position as trusted advisor to local,
regional and multinational customers. Headquartered in Singapore,
SAP LS has branch offices in Sydney and Tokyo.
RWD Info Pak will be offered in 10 countries
across Asia excluding Australia, New Zealand and Japan. The
acquisition covers all countries in the assigned territories
and includes the Middle East (Gulf Cooperative Council).
Genovate will manage the complete RWD Info Pak business,
including servicing all existing customers in the pipeline;
and the dedicated RWD Info Pak Professionals come on board
Genovate, as part of this deal.
