Ltd, a local software solutions company, has acquired SAP
Learning Solutions (SAPLS) from SAP Asia and US company RWD
Technologies which jointly owned it. According to Genovate
officials, the acquisition is part of the company's ongoing
corporate strategy of regional expansion and growth. SAPLS
delivers customised, collaborative learning across the extended
enterprise - to employees, partners and customers.
