Genovate Signs Collaboration MoU
with Shanghai InfoPower

Singapore's Genovate Solutions
and Shanghai InfoPower Electronic Technology signed an MoU
on Wednesday to collaborate in the areas of consulting, training,
and e-learning in China.
The MoU was signed during
IE Singapore's Education Services Mission to China in a signing
ceremony at the J.C. Mandarin Hotel in Shanghai on 27 June
2002.
Under the new MoU, Genovate
will provide its expertise in the areas of e-learning and
ERP consulting and training in China, while Shanghai InfoPower
Electronic Technology will provide implementation and sales
and marketing support.
In addition, Genovate's
wholly-owned subsidiary, KnowledgeWindow Asia Pacific will
be providing its vLearn® LMS/CMS learning management
platform in partnership with Shanghai InfoPower Electronic
Technology for China.
With the establishment
of this partnership, Genovate Solutions will be making an
initial investment of about SS$1 million (US$571,000) as
a start.
