Genovate has acquired SAPLS which is a joint venture company between SAP Asia-Pacific and RWD Technologies. The strategic partnership provides end user consulting, human performance improvement and a spectrum of learning solutions (including e-learning environment) to enhance SAP's position as trusted advisor to local, regional and multinational customers.

Headquartered in Singapore, SAPLS has branch offices in Sydney and Tokyo. In Malaysia, SAPLS also has a fully owned subsidiary, SAP Learning Technologies (SAPLT to provide performance support solutions. SAPLT has MSC (Multimedia Service Corridor) status within the Malaysian Government initiative to develop their IT development industry.
